Transportation, which  includes aviation, public transport and road/bridges projects is one of the fastest-growing and most technologically advanced sectors in the planning and construction industry. These projects have far-reaching implications on the society and communities in which they serve.

Housing is one of the paramount factors in human existence and has far reaching impacts on quality of life. Our Affordable Housing Program provides a world-class alternative in emerging economies to tackle the issue of affordable housing. Through our construction methods and partnership program with local vendors, we provide more than shelter, we provide knowledge, transfer, training, hope and promise. 

SWA and educational institutions create partnerships to create stimulating, safe and vibrant learning environments. As part of a collaborative learning process we seek to understand the motivation, budget constraints, safety, security and technology required to create the learning environment of the future. We recognize that learning takes place beyond the classroom. SWA seeks to foster a learning environment beyond the walls to include the property ingress/egress, safe routes to school and ecological learning along the way.
