Project Financing
SWA is a leader providing partners with innovative methods of finance to fund large scale infrastructure projects. We use a combination of financing principles involving state sponsored and international investment to create Public-Private Partnership (P3). SWA, through it various partners, provide world-class resources to assist and consult with clients to pursue varied funding options. Specifically, SWA’s P3 model involves collaboration between a government agency and private-sector companies that can be used to finance, build, operate and maintain projects including but not limited to, major utility and public transportation networks. Financing a project through a public-private partnerships allows a project to be feasible and completed expeditiously.
SWA supports governments in making cost effective investment decision to improve the community in which they serve. P3’s are expanding globally and allow governments to delegate planning and project design, construction, and operational roles to efficient private sector operators while retaining and improving the focus on core public sector responsibilities, such as policy, regulation, and supervision. SWA works with private companies to develop management and performance-based services to meet or exceed stated goals to benefit the community.
